Grandma's Cream Cheese Pound Cake Recipe










Ingredients:
3 sticks real butter (unsalted)
8 oz cream cheese
6 large eggs
3 cups sugar, sifted
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon extract
3 cups cake flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

How to make it:
First, add butter and cream cheese to a large bowl
Mix well until combined
Add 3 eggs, one by one and mix after each one
Add in half of the sugar and mix
Add the rest of the eggs one at time and mix after each one
Add pure vanilla extract
Add lemon extract, mix until well combined
Add the flour and the baking powder and mix well
Spoon the batter into a greased and floured pan
Use a knife to release air

Place it into oven and turn it to 325 (don’t preheat the oven)
Bake it for 30 minutes and serve it!

Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls
















description: tasty sausage and cream appetizer or snack .

ingredient :
1/2 pound pkg Turkey Sausage ( may use Pork)
1/2 8oz block Cream Cheese
4 tsp Ranch dry seasoning mix for salad dressing (1/2 pkg)
8 count Crescent Rolls


directions:
step 1 : in a lightly oiled pan add turkey sausage on medium heat.

step 2 : break it as you go along into smaller pieces , add cream cheese mixture and turn the heat
down to low, mix it with the sausage, add 4 tsp Ranch dry seasoning mix, this really adds a great flavor to the rolls, mix it really well.

step 3 : divide the mixture in the pan as a guide so that you can correctly preportion the amount to use  on each crescent .

step 4: next cutt the strips in halves and add the cream cheese sausage mixture to each strip.

step 5: start rolling them from the large end down to the small end and tuck in the sides.

step 6: place them in a 375°C oven for 11 to 13 minutes.

easy layered ice cream cake !!

















description : chocolate layered ice cream for those who adore sweet taste.

serves 12
about 45 minutes

ingredient:

1 package chocolate cream filled cookies
2 tubs whipped topping
1 (12 pack) box of ice cream sandwiches  


 method :

step 1 : Crush cream filled cookies in groups of 5 by hand in a plastic zip top bag.
step 2 :In a large bowl, mix crushed cookies and whipped topping.                      
step 3: Unwrap ice cream sandwiches and place six in three rows of two, leaving a space between  each sandwich.                                  
step 4 : Icing with half of cookie-whipped topping mixture, be sure to get icing between the               sandwiches as well.                                    
step 5 : Place remaining sandwiches on top of half-cake in the same pattern.                      
step 6 : Use remaining cookie-whipped topping mixture to icing the rest of the cake.                      
step 7:  Freeze at least 30 minutes
