Easy Pumpkin Spice Cake !!
















Ingredients:
3 cups all­puprose flour
1½ tps baking soda ¼ tps salt
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1⅓ cups white sugar ¾ cup of butter, softened
3 eggs
2 tps vanilla extract
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
1½ cup buttermilk
15 oz. 100% pure pumpkin (canned)
CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter softened, softened
1 tps  heavy cream
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tps vanilla extract
cinnamon (as much as you like. Can also use pumpkin spice)
tps = teapson

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 275 F
Grease and flour 3 round ( 9­inch) cake pans. Set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Put in a large bowl white, brown sugar and butter
Mix all until well combined
Add 3 eggs and mix using an electric beater 
Add vanilla extract and pumpkin pie
Add flour and buttermilk 
Make sure that they’re well combined
Now add pumpkin puree
Pour batter evenly into the cake pans.
Bake for 30­35 minutes (check it at 25 minutes) or until toothpick inserted in center comes
out with moist crumbs attached. (do not overbake. Cake will continue cooking while it cools)
Let cake sit in pans for 5­10 minutes before removing and placing on a cooling rack to cool
completely.
While cake is cooling make the frosting.
Cream together cream cheese, butter and heavy cream.
Mix in powdered sugar a little at a time until creamy.
Fold in vanilla and cinnamon.
Frost cooled cakes.

Grandma's Cream Cheese Pound Cake Recipe










Ingredients:
3 sticks real butter (unsalted)
8 oz cream cheese
6 large eggs
3 cups sugar, sifted
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon extract
3 cups cake flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

How to make it:
First, add butter and cream cheese to a large bowl
Mix well until combined
Add 3 eggs, one by one and mix after each one
Add in half of the sugar and mix
Add the rest of the eggs one at time and mix after each one
Add pure vanilla extract
Add lemon extract, mix until well combined
Add the flour and the baking powder and mix well
Spoon the batter into a greased and floured pan
Use a knife to release air

Place it into oven and turn it to 325 (don’t preheat the oven)
Bake it for 30 minutes and serve it!

cheese cake the easy way !














Ingredients:
2 cups (100 grams) of finely ground plain butter cookies
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
7 tablespoons (100 grams) butter (melted)
8 oz (226 grams) cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 can (10 oz / 280 grams) sweetened condensed milk
3.5 oz (100 grams) dark chocolate

How to make it:
First, I should notice that this recipe isn’t a bake cheese cake so you don’t even have to bake it
The ingredients are so easy to find and it’s amazing and delicious
To prepare the crust:
Melt the butter in the microwave
Use a food processor to grind cookies, add sugar and continue mixing until they become like sand
Count two cups of the cookie mixture
Add the melted butter, little by little while mixing, until well incorporated
Now, let’s get the baking pan ready
Use a cheesecake pan with a removable bottom part or another pan cheese cake if you don’t have it, it will taste the same!

Pour the crumbs into the pan, line up the bottom with parchment paper
It is so much easier when cutting and serving the cheesecake
Use the bottom of a cup press the crumbs down into the base and up the sides
Place it in the fridge while preparing the filling
Here comes the cream cheese, the master ingredient in the recipe
Place it in a large bowl, and beat it for 1 minute on low speed using an electric beater
Add the vanilla extract and continue beating for one minute until getting a creamy mixture
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 seconds shots (don’t let it to be burned)
Poor the cream cheese mixture on the top of the crust and spread it
Poor the melted chocolate in a spiral on the cheesecake mixture
Use a knife to make beautiful movements
Cover it and place it the fridge for at least 4 hours

Yummy Irish Shepherd's Pie


















Ingredients:
Ham, 
oil, 
onions, 
potatoes, 
flour, 
vegetables(you want),
spices, 
cheddar

How to make it:
To get started put a little of oil, onions and ham in a bowl in a medium heat 
Mix and bake it until it turns into brown (about 10 minutes)
Add flour and cook it for 4 minutes
Add fresh rosemary, paprika, ketchup, add chicken broth or beef broth
And cook until it becomes very thick
Turn off the heat
Add vegetables, take the mixture spread it in a bowl and let it aside
Cook some potatoes, add spies you want, cheddar and mix all
Spread it over the first mixture 
Bake it for about 30 minutes in 375 F
And have a nice meal

Ingredients:
Macaroni Pasta
Monterey jack cheese
sharp cheddar,
classic American cheddar,

How to make it:
First, bring salted water to boil, add macaroni pasta, cook it and set it aside!
For this recipe use montery jack cheese, some sharp cheddar and also classic American & cheddar
Take a bowl to beat 3 eggs in, add milk , some table salt and black pepper
Then start to add some of your cheeses and then add your pasta

Bake it uncovered on 350 F, for 40 minutes

Cake with Banana and Chocolate !!!














INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs vanilla powder
3 tbs cocoa
Ingredients for the Mole Cake custard:
3 cups milk
3 tbs corn starch
3 tbsw flour
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs butter
½ cup sugar
80 g (2.8 oz) chocolate
1 pack instant whipping cream
1 cup cold milk

-DIRECTIONS FOR THE SPONGE CAKE
first,transfer the eggs into a large bowl,
add sugar and beat until  foamy,
add milk vegetable oil and vanilla powder
keep beating
add half of the flour  cocoa baking powder sifting
sift and add rest of the flour
baking paper
bake for approx  25minutes on 360f  180c pre-heated oven
you can check if its  baked by dipping a toothpick
let it cool down
when it cools down take tje cake out
hollow out inside of cake with a kinife  leaving a 1l2 to inch ring around the outside  and leave the bottom intact

-DIRECTIONS FOR THE CUSTARD
transfer the flour starch and sugar in to a wide pan,
add the milk and  turn  the  heat on medium,
keep stirring until thickens,
when it thickens add the butter  and vanilla powder
leave  it for cooling  down

-DIRECTIONS FOR THE WHIPPDE CREAM
prepare the instant whipping  cream with a cup of milk,
mix with the custard,
grind the chocolate,
keep the filling in the fridge for 30min to make it easier to  work  with

Banana Pudding Poke Cake !!!














Today, I’m going to present a cake (Banana pudding cake ) that my grandmother used to make a lot

You will need:
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 boxes of instant banana cream pudding
1 container of of coolwhip
1 box of nilla wafers

Directions:
It’s super easy and can be served as dessert in dinner
First, you need to bake the cake , use a plastic’s pen  to pick the whole cake because the cake has to absorb the pudding
Then, you have to spread the pudding in the whole cake
After the pudding is on the whole cake you have to put the coolwhip on
Take some grams of the cookies and spread it over the cake
After finishing, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours
Serve it whit bananas on the top .

Meat Loaf !!!

Ingredients: serves 6

1 cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic, sliced finely
1/3 cup carrots, diced
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup mushrooms, diced
1 tbls red chilli (deseeded)
1 tbls rosemary
1 tbls thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
300g Lean beef mince/ground
300g Lean Pork mince/ground
salt to season
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Worcester sauce
2 eggs, beaten

Glaze
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbls american mustard


directions:

step 1:into a pan over a medium to high heat add some olive oil and add some onions, some garlic, some carrots, celery, mushrooms and also some red chopped chillis and give it a good mix around and brown them off for about 5 to 6 minutes.

step 2:turn the heat it off completely and add some rosemary , some fresh thyme, cayenne pepper and lastly some tomato ketchup, mix around everything combining the ingredients and let it cool at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes.


step 3:for the meat, make a mixture of  beef and pork, add vegetable mixture to the meat and season with salt, add fresh breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, Worcester sauce and mix really well with your hands.

step 4:put the meat mixture in a loaf tin and press it down slighty with the back of your spoon.


step 5:for the glaze, add in a bowl some tomato ketchup and american mustard and mix well.

step 6:brush the top of the meat then cook at 190°C for 45 to 50 minutes, making sure you glaze every 20 minutes.

directions :

step 1:into an oiled pan add chopped onion, choped bacon, fry about  3 or 5 minutes to soften the onion and put a bit of color on the bacon, put it aside.


step 2:wash and peel potatoes and throw them in a big saucepan and boil them for about 20 minutes untill they're tender but not all the way cooked. let them cool down and then slice them up.

step 3:arrange the potato slices in a single layer in a baking dish, put a some  of the bacon and onion on top and season with salt and pepper and some grated cheese. add another layer more potato, onion and bacon and grated cheese, repeat the process and finish with grated cheese and bacon on the top.

step 4: into a saucepan add some thick cream, add minced garlic, mix all over a medium heat, season with some salt and pepper. heat it untill its hot but don't boil it.

step 5: add some grated cheese and keep it stirring for about 2 minutes untill the cheese has melted.

step 6:pour the cheesy creamy mixture over the potato bake.

step 7:put it in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 45 minutes untill the top is nice and golden and melted.

step 8: take it out and set it aside for 15 minutes to cool.

200 grams of butter

1/2 cup White Cachous
1/2 cup Maltesers
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Skittles
1/2 cup Chocolate honeycomb bullets
100g Chocolate sticks
1 Ferrero Rocher

Directions:

step 1: into a bowl add some melted butter, and add some melted chocolate, 2 tsp of vanilla extract, stir.
step 2:let it cool off for 5 minutes, add 3 eggs, add caster sugar, a cup of cooled instant coffee and mix everything.  add self raising flour, stir and repeat the process.

step 3:in a baking cake pan, pour the mixture.

step 4: put it in the oven at 160° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

step 5: to make the chocolate sauce, throw in dark chocolate into a saucepan over the stove on low heat, before it's completely melted add a cup of cream.stir every 30 seconds untill it becomes thick.

step 6:slice the cake into half.

step 7:spread melted chocolate on the bottom half of the cake and add the top and spread melted chocolate frosing on the top.

step 8: cover the sides of the cake as well with chocolate frosing.

step 9: take the Chocolate sticks, stand them and stick them around the sides.

step 10: straight in the middle put a ferrero Rocher.

step 11: use chocolate sticks as barriers on top of the cake, put six pieces seperating cake sides.

step 12: sprinkle some White Cachous in the first section, moving across place the m&ms, in the next put some Maltesers, in the next section put some  Dark chocolate chips, next put some Skittles, and in the last one put some Chocolate honeycomb bullets

step 4:cook the cauliflower in salted oiled water.

step 5:boil your pasta  following the package directions.

step 6:add the pasta to the cauliflower

step 7:add the cream cheesy sauce and mix all around.

step 8:put the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top, top with panko bread crumbs, nutmeg and extra cheddar cheese.

step 9:place in a hot grill for 5 to 7 minutes untill the top becomes golden brown.

fettucine bolognese !!!

step 1: into a pan over a medium heigh put some olive oil, add some chopped garlic and some onion and cook for about 2 minutes untill it gets soft and changes color.

step 2: add beef and season with some pepper and salt and mix all around breaking the beef.

step 3: add some sliced mushrooms and some frech chopped basels and whole caned tomato and mix everything around.

step 4: turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for about 30 to 35 minutes.

step 5: about 10 to 30 minutes before your bolognese is ready start cooking your pasta in oiled started water or follow the package directions.

step 6: dry well and add the bolognese to the pasta.

step 7: serve with optional cheese and fresh basel leaves.

directions:

step 1: into a bowl add some eggs and some vanilla extract, a small amount of some vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and some caster sugar, and mix all with a whisk and add some butter milk to add to the cake some velvety smooth mixture.

step 2: in a  sifter add some SR flour or some normal flour, some cocoa powder, sift that in and mix the flour with the wet mixture and fold.

step 3: put some baking paper in a baking pan and add the chocolate batter.

step 4: put it in a preheated oven at 180°c or 350 F° for about 40 to 45 minutes.

step 5: pull out the cake and leave it to cook while you make the filling.

step 6; into a jugg put some milk chocolate (break it to pieces), add some heavy or thick cream and put it in the microwave for 20 to 25 seconds.

step 7: crush ferrero chocolate and add it to the jugg and mix all around.

step 8: in a different jugg add nuttela and add some heavy cream and put it in the microwave for 20 to 25 seconds and put it aside.

step 9: cutt the cake into half, take the bottom side, and pour the ferrero ganash on top and put the top of the cake on.

step 10: add the nuttella ganash on top and let it free fall over the sides.

step 11: finish up by putting some ferrero chocolates on top of the cake.

perfect roast turkey

1 turkey
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of seasoned salt
1 tsp of poultry seasoning
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 to 2 tbsp kosher salt

directions:
step 1: preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.

step 2: empty the cavity of the turkey

step3:rince your turkey inside and out under cold running water.

step 4: brush the bird all over with a light coat of butter

step 6: combine a mixture of 1 tsp of garlic powder,  2 tsp of seasoned salt, 1 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper  and sprinkle it evenly all over the bird and get it all nicely covered.

step 7: rub the inside of the bird with 1 to 2 tbsp kosher salt depending on the size of the turkey.

step 8: spoon the stuffing into the cavity loosely as it will expand while cooking.
put the turkey in the oven. ( the size of your turkey will determine cooking time).

step 9: insert thermometer into the thickest part of the thigh , you need to get at least 170° for at least 15 seconds

mars bar cheesecake without baking

ingredients :
Base:
250g of biscuits (I used chocolate ripples and scotch fingers)
80g of butter

Cheesecake filling:
500g of cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of caster sugar
300ml of thickened cream
1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatine (mixed into 1/4 cup of hot water)
6 mini mars bars (or 2 normal sized bars)

Chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup of choc chips
2 tablespoons of cream

Caramel sauce:
2 tablespoons of cream
30g of butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar


directions:
step 1:in a food processor add the biscuits and give them a quick whirl  for about a minute or so untill they become nice and fine.

step 2: add the melted butter and give it a good mix untill it resembles wet sand, ( to make sure it's well mixed press lightly with your fingers, if it sticks, it's good).

step 3: into a springform pan cover with baking paper add the biscuits crumbs, make sure it's evenly distributed across the bottom and then with clean hands press down on it .

step 4: pop it into the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.

step 5: into some hot water add the gellatine and then stir untill dissolved and leave it to cool.
step 6: to make the caramel sauce, into a pan on low heat, add the brown sugar, the butter, and the cream and simply stir untill the sugar has disolved and the butter has melted .

step 7: to make the chocolate sauce , add some cream to some melted chocolate and mix well.

step 8 :in a seperate bowl, add cream cheese and caster sugar and mix untill nice and creamy.

step 9 pour the gellatine and add in mars bars pieces and mix untill everything is well combined.

step 10: whip up some cream untill it becomes lovely and thick.

step 11: layer the cheesecake filling and smooth it over , pour the caramel sauce and the chocolate sauce.

step 12: using a spatula mix everything together to get that marvelling affect.

step 13: repeat the proccess again with a layer of cheesecake filling and layer of sauce and the chocolate sauce .

step 14: add choc chips on top of the cheesecake.

step 15: let it cool in the fridge for at least 7 hours or overnight.

½ tsp of Fresh Grated Orange Zest
½ Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 Eggs
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
½ cup of Whole Milk
1 Cup Granulated Sugar


directions:

step 1 : preheat oven to 325 degrees.

step 2 : cook 4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter and 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar mixed together and let the brown sugar melt into the butter once it boils turn the heat down.

step 3 : pour into a coated or sprayed  pan .

step 4 : take two apples, slice them thingly and add fresh lemon juice on them to stop them from turning brown.

step 5 :add the slices of apples into the pan putting them in rows and put the pan aside.

step 6 :in a bowl, add 1-1/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour, some cinnamon, 1/8 tsp of Salt ,a 1/8 tsp of Fresh Grated Nutmeg and mix everything together and set it aside.

step 7 : take a 2 Tbsp of unsalted Butter softened at room temperature, add a 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
combine using a spatula, add in the eggs and some vanilla and mix everything untill it's nicely combined ,add 1 tsp orange zest .

step 8 :add half of  the dry ingredients and half of the milk  to the cake batter (dont put it all at once), mix it to combine everything but don't over mix it.

step 9 : add the rest of the dry ingredients and the milk to the cake batter and blend thoroughly untill it is well combined.
bake for 50 to 60 minutes and let cool it cool off for 15 minutes.

step 10: place a plate on the pan and turn the plate over to invert the cake out.

step 3 :in a seperate bowl mix the wet ingredients: start with a midium banana and mash it with a fork. add egg whites, skim milk, and vanilla and mix everything together.

step 4 :pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix everything together.

step 5: coat a pan with oil or butter so that it doesn't stick.

step 6 :layer the pan with pieces of sliced banana.

step 7: pour the batter mixture on the top of the banana slices and even up the top.

step 8: take a second banana sliced up and put it on top .

step 9: put it into a 375 degrees  oven for about 25 minutes.

1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons 7up Lemon Lime Soda (or Ginger Ale)

directions: 

step 1 : start by blending three sticks of butter with sugar.

step 2 :add one egg at a time to the batter untill it is mixed perfectly

step 3 :add  the lemon and vanilla extract
step 4 :add a cup of 7up and cake flour to the batter alternating beginning and ending with flour and mix everything with an electric mixer.

step 5: once the cake batter is mixed really well and beautifully velveted, coat the bun pan with some oil and flour and pour the cake batter in it .

step 6: bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
step 7: let the cake cool down in the pan for about 10 or 15 minutes before you take it out.

CAKE
1 box of PILLSBURY Supreme Collection™ Red Velvet Cake Mix with Cream Cheese Filling
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 Tbs Crisco shortening (OPTIONAL - non stick spray)

ICING
1 tspn vanilla extract
2 Tbs butter - melted
2 x 8 ounce pkg of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup pecans - diced

directions:

step 1: grease the plan with Crisco shortening, coat the lubricated pan thoroughly with some flour.

step 2: add to a mixing bowl pillsbury supreme collection red velvet cake mix, add eggs,oil, water and beat for about 2 minutes.
pour the cake batter into the pan and even it out with a spatula.

step 3: take the icing filling and put it in a pan, add oil and water and whisk blending it all together.

step 4: add the icing to the batter in the center without touching the sides of the pan.

step 5: put it in the oven  for 39 to 43 minutes in a 350° degree.

step 6: take the cake out of the oven and let it cool off for about 45 minutes.


step 7: add cream cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and blend it with an electric mixer.

step 8: add coconut and pecan and fold the two items into the cream cheese icing using a spatula.

step 9: remove the cake from the pan and frost it.

Ingredients:

FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chili
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder

EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg

2 large chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
Vegetable oil for frying

directions:

step 1 : put into a bowl some plain flour,  add some dried sage leaves, some garlic and onion power, a couple of shakes of some ground chilli powder, some dried basil leaves, some paprika, and add some salt and pepper and mix around.

step 2 :cutt the chicken into large chunks.
dust the chicken into the flour and place it into the butter milk and back to the flour and repeat the proccess (double dipping).

step 3: fry the chicken in a preheated vegetable oil for about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the size of the chicken nugget. untill its creespy and golden brown from the outside.

1/2 lb mozzarella (low-moisture)
1 egg
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup semolina or corn meal
1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
1 qt canola oil for frying

step 1 :cutt up mozarella to sticks and try to keep them relatively the same size.

the breading instructions:

step 2: crack an egg into a small mixing bowl with some whole milk, a pinch of salt, some fresh black pepper and give this  a good whisk. add some flour, semolina or corn meal, chilli flakes,chili powder, dried chervil and some fresh chopped rosemary to a small mixing bowl and give this a good mix as well.

step 3: drop the mozarella sticks straight into the egg mixture and give it a good coat then put them into the seasoning flour then back to the egg mixture  and finally coat them with bread crumbs.


step 4: now that your mozarella sticks are all breaded, get a pot half way filled with some canola oil and bring it to about 325 degrees f°, drop the mozarella sticks in it and fry for about 2 minutes just untill they turn beautifully golden brown.

directions:

making the sauce:

step 1 : put a whole egg mayonnaise in a bowl, add some sweet chilli sauce and some garlic power,
add some ground tumeric just to give it that yellow colour, add some cumin and chilli, and mix the ingredients.

for the flour seasoning:

step 2: put some flour into a container, add salt and pepper, garlic powder  and some onion powder and mix ingredients.

for the  egg wash:

step 3: mix an egg with some water in a different container.


step 4: put a baking paper on a table and cutt chicken breast in half, put it into the egg wash and then straight into the seasoned flour and repeat that proccess (double dip).

step 5: fry the chicken breast in preheated oil, it will take between 5 and 7 minutes depending on how thick is the chicken.

step 6: bring a bun and cutt it into half and put the chicken breast on top and place a lettuce on top, add the mayonnaise and pop the lids on.

Ingredients:
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbls taco seasoning
8 chicken sausages
8 flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese
SALAD
1/2 cup green capsicum/bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion


directions: 
step 1: into a bowl add some diced tomatoes, add some taco seasoning.

step 2: put some tomato sauce in the center of a flour tortillas using a table spoon and spread that around.

step3 :place the sausage on top of the flour tortillas and roll untill it seems like a hot dog or a burrito shape.

step 4: put the rolled up burritos in a baking dish

step 5: pour the remaining tomato mixture on the burritos

step 6: grate some cheddar cheese on top of the tomato mixture

step 7: put it in a preheated  oven at 190°c for 25 minutes untill the sausages are cooked and the cheese is melted and the tortillas are light golden brown.

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup SR flour
1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
3 cups maltesers
FILLING
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup crushed maltesers
GANACHE
200g dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream

directions:
step 1 : into a glass jug add some brown sugar, some unsalted butter, some milk, pop it in the microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes untill the butter has melted.

step 2: into a large bowl add some plain flour, some SR flour as well, some cocoa powder. add the brown sugar and butter mixture and lastly add some eggs as well. give it a good mix around using a whisk.

step 3: pour the mixture into a cake pan in a preheated oven at 160°c for 55 to 60 minutes.

step 4: take out the cake out of the oven, leave it to cool, and cutt it into half .

step 5: make the filling mixture to go inside of the cake : into a bowl put some whipped cream beated and add some crushed maltesers.

step 6: for the topping: use some chocolate and some cream and melt it down on over low heat and leat it cool at room temperature.

step 7 :put the filling cream mixture on top of one half of the cake, and grab the other half and put it on the top and push slightly.

step 8: pour the topping chocolate and cream mixture on top of the cake use a spatula to frost.

step 9: put some maltesers over the top covering the cake.

1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbls parsley
1 tbls basil
2 tsp tabasco
salt & pepper to season

1 1/2 cups tomato passata
1 cucumber
1 turkish bread
1 cup grated cheese

directions :

step 1 : into a bowl put some Beef Mince, add chopped up onion and some chopped up garlic, parsley, basil, a few drops of tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. mix all the ingredients together.

step 2: grab a piece of the meatball and roll it up in your hand. keep repeating the proccess with the mixture you have.

step 3: into an oiled pan on a medium to high heat add the meatballs for a couple minutes untill it changes colors and put them to one side.


step 4: pour into a jug some tomato passata, add in some fresh sliced mushrooms and season with some salt and some pepper and give it a quick mix.


step 5: on the top of the turkish bread spread around the tomato sauce and mushrooms, add some sliced cucumber,  lie it flat down on top, place the meatballs on the top, and add some more tomato sauce, and finally  on top add some grated cheese.

step 6: put it in the over for about 20 to 25 minutes for about 90°c.

description : delicious meaty lasagna with different types of meat and cheese.
ingredients:

For Meat Sauce (Bolognese Sauce)

1 box (1lb.) of dried lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1 pound of ground beef
1 pound of ground veal
1 pound pork sausage, removed from casing
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 cup red wine
2 cups beef stock
2 dried bay leaves
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
Sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional)
For Ricotta Filling

1 (2 pound) container of whole milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
For Topping and Filling:

1 block (16 oz.) mozzarella, shredded


directions: 
step 1 : chop 1 carrot and 1 celery stalk.

step 2 : put some olive oil in a pan and heat it, add the pork sausage and break it off with the spatula or wooden spoon. then add the rest of the meat,  ground beef and ground veal add some salt and pepper , break it off with the spoon but try to keep it chunky.


step 3: add onions and garlic, add the celery and carrot that you chopped, add the red whine and stir.

step 4: turn down the heat and add the beef stock and add tomatoes and tomato paste and mix all.

step 5: add a little bit of sugar to help balance out the acids.

step 6: put in the dried bay leaves and fresh  chopped basil and let it simmer for about an hour.

step 7: boil water with a pinch of salt and put in the pasta, cook them for 5 minutes, (dont even cook them) .

step 8: start making the filling for lasagna by putting the ricotta cheese in a bowl and add the eggs, some grated cheese, and about a half cup of fresh parsley, mix everything with a pinch of salt and pepper.


step 9: spray the baking dish with cooking spray, pour in a layer of sauce and add the noodles.
step 10: add the ricotta and smooth it out, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a sprinke of some grated mozarilla and some more sauce and repeat the whole proccess.

step 11: cover the pan with thin foil and put it in 350°c oven for about 30 or 40 minutes untill its nice and hot and bubbly.
step 12: take it out of the oven , put on the rest of mozarella cheese and bake it uncovered for 10 or 15 minutes untill its brown and the cheese melts

Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls
















description: tasty sausage and cream appetizer or snack .

ingredient :
1/2 pound pkg Turkey Sausage ( may use Pork)
1/2 8oz block Cream Cheese
4 tsp Ranch dry seasoning mix for salad dressing (1/2 pkg)
8 count Crescent Rolls


directions:
step 1 : in a lightly oiled pan add turkey sausage on medium heat.

step 2 : break it as you go along into smaller pieces , add cream cheese mixture and turn the heat
down to low, mix it with the sausage, add 4 tsp Ranch dry seasoning mix, this really adds a great flavor to the rolls, mix it really well.

step 3 : divide the mixture in the pan as a guide so that you can correctly preportion the amount to use  on each crescent .

step 4: next cutt the strips in halves and add the cream cheese sausage mixture to each strip.

step 5: start rolling them from the large end down to the small end and tuck in the sides.

step 6: place them in a 375°C oven for 11 to 13 minutes.

Oreo Cheesecake without baking






















description : the easiest and most delicious cake ever, with only 6 ingredients and easy to follow.

ingredients :
36 pkg. OREO Cookies, divided.
1/4 cup butter, melted.
4 pkg. ( 8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened.
3/4 cup sugar.
1 tsp. vanilla.
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed.

directions: 
step 1 : put the oreos in a mixing bowl and crush them up completely, add in 2 tablespoons of melted butter, mix everything together untill you get a wet sand mixture.

step 2 : pour everything into a 5 inche springform pan or anything other kind of container you prefer,patt everything down with a spatula and make it even and flat.

step 3 : beat 250ml whipping cream chilled in a mixing bowl for 3 to  minutes, add a 100 gram of cream cheese to the mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

step 4: beat the mixture with the electric mixer, then add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat it together.

step 5:break few oreos into tiny bits, add the cookie bits into the cream cheese and take the spatula and stir everything together untill its nicely combined.

step 6: add the cream cheese mixture to the springform pan and fill this untill you reach the top of the pan and smooth it out using the spatula.

step 7: put broken pieces of oreos or whole oreo cookies on the top.

step 8: put the cake in the fridge for a few hours to chill or even put it in the freezer if you prefer it as ice cream.

Bacon Pasta Bake!!!


















description :  this dish is irresistably tastey, made with pasta, bacon and cheese combined to perfection.

ingredients:
250g of Pasta (cooked as per packet directions)
8 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon
1 Brown Onion (diced)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Parsley (plus extra to garnish)
1-2 Cups of Grated Cheese

directions:
step 1 : use any small sized pasta,250g of Pasta (cooked as per packet directions) boil and set it aside

step 2 : into a sauce pan pour some oil  and over a medium heat, add 1 Clove of crushed garlic plus one brown onion chopped, cook for a couple of minutes  untill the onion has started to soften.

step 3 : next add on 8 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon chopped, cook while stirring occasionally for about 2 to 3 minutes untill it gets a bit of color on it, if you don't like bacon you may change it with chopped chicken breast.

step 4 :add 400g Can of Diced Tomatoes and 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste , 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper and give that a good stir.

step 6 : cook for 5 minutes or untill it thickens up slightly.

step 7 : add 1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Parsley, add the bacon mixture to the pasta and stir  to combine, make sure all the pasta is nicely coated in that sauce.

step 8 : transfer into a baking dish , top with some grated cheese and a little bit of that chopped parsley .

step 9 :put it in the preheated oven 190°C for about 15 to 20 minutes or untill the cheese is completely melted and golden.

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes

Cooking Time: About 40 minutes

Jalapeño Bacon Deviled Eggs




















description : an amazing easy to follow jalapeno bacon snack that will leave pleasure your tastebuds.

ingredients : 

12 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 cup mayonnaise
1½ tsp rice vinegar
¾ tsp ground mustard
½ tsp sugar
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
6 pieces bacon, cooked, crisp, and crumbled
paprika

directions :

step 1: cutt the bacon in a little tiny pieces you can break it by hand or use a knife, it doesnt matter.

step 2: take the eggs and peel them off gently.

step 3: slice the boiled eggs perfectly lengthise.

step 4: bring the mixing bowl, take the egg and spoon out the yolk, do this to all the eggs.

step 5: mash the yogs eggs with a fork, add the rice vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and ground mustard, jalapenos and bacon  to the egg yolks  and mix it well untill combined.

step 6: fill the each egg with the mixture and move to serving plate.
sprinke paprika on every egg.

CARAMEL POPCORN




















description :  an easy to make delicious and crunchy caramel popcorn snack

ingredients :

vegetable oil

1/2 cup of corn kernels


50g of butter

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of condensed milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

directions :

step 1 : in a pan on a midium to high heat  add vegetable oil, and shake the pan to make sure it's all covers, and then add the popcorn seeds. place on the lid and wait for them to start popping.

step 2: when you see them start to pop give the pan another shake and return it to heat. when the popping stops take it off from the heat.

step 3: place the popcorn into a bowl and push aside while we make the caramel sauce.

step 4 :into a pan we gonna add brown sugar the butter the condensed milk and vanilla extract, mix  togethereverything untill well combined  and the butter and sugar have melted, then take it off the heat.

step 5 : pour the sauce over the popcorn and mix it with the spatula untill the popcorn is well coated, then pour the popcorn onto a tray coated with baking paper

step 6 :spread the popcorn evenly on the tray, put it in the over to make it nice and crunchy for 20 minutes

step 7:  take out and seperate it again with a spatula and put it back again in the oven for another 10 minutes.

step 8: take it out and let it cool off.
