vegeterian chilli

Ingredients:
7/8 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 minced cloves garlic
1 (28oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (19oz.) can black beans, drained
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
method :
step 1 : Soak soy protein with boiling water.
step 2 : Heat oil in a large pot, then step
step 3: saute onion and green pepper about 5 minutes or until soft.
step 4 : Add garlic, tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, and soy protein.
step 5 : Stir, and bring to a boil.
step 6 :Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, until it thickens
