baked banana oatmeal !!!

ingredients:
2 cups dry rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 bananas (2 sliced into rounds)
2 egg whites
1.5 cups 2% milk (or whatever type of milk you use)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tbsp. turbinado sugar (aka – sugar in the raw)
directions:
step 1 : preheat the oven at 375 degrees
step 2 : start combining the dry ingredients.: in a mixing bowl add the rolled oats, add baking powder, kosher salt and a pinch of cinnamon, and mix it all together.
step 3 :in a seperate bowl mix the wet ingredients: start with a midium banana and mash it with a fork. add egg whites, skim milk, and vanilla and mix everything together.
step 4 :pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
step 5: coat a pan with oil or butter so that it doesn't stick.
step 6 :layer the pan with pieces of sliced banana.
step 7: pour the batter mixture on the top of the banana slices and even up the top.
step 8: take a second banana sliced up and put it on top .
step 9: put it into a 375 degrees oven for about 25 minutes.
